- Free Shipping: Orders of $400 or more qualify for free standard shipping. (Some product pages may reference a $500 threshold; the applicable minimum will be confirmed at checkout.)
- Carrier Selection: We choose the most suitable carrier based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Ammunition & Restricted Items: Shipments of ammunition and certain regulated products must comply with federal, state, and local laws. Age verification and adult signature may be required upon delivery.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Return Policy

- Eligibility: Returns are accepted on unopened, unused merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Ammunition: For safety and regulatory reasons, ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned.
- Firearms: Firearm returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be coordinated through a licensed FFL dealer.
- Process: To initiate a return, email info@dowagiacarms.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and any applicable restocking fee details.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
